Removing and installing rear lid lock and handle mechanism |
1 - | Rear lid lock |
q | To remove, unclip operating rod from joint bush and disengage. |
q | Unscrew the nuts → Item and detach the rear lid lock. |
2 - | Joint bush |
q | After installing rear lid lock, engage and secure operating rod. |
3 - | Nut |
q | 8 Nm |
4 - | Operating rod |
5 - | Bowden cable |
6 - | Lock cylinder |
q | Removing: |
– | Unplug connectors. |
– | Disengage Bowden cable → Item from lock cylinder. |
– | Unscrew the bolt → Item. |
– | Turn lock cylinder through 90°. |
– | Take lock cylinder out of handle mechanism. |
7 - | Bolt |
q | 8 Nm |

9 - | Handle cover strip |
q | Removing: |
– | Remove rear lid trim. |
– | Remove lock cylinder. |
– | Unscrew the nuts → Item. |
– | Press in fasteners -arrows-. |
– | Take out handle cover strip. |
10 - | Nut |
q | 8 Nm |
