WARNING To guard against injury and vehicle damage, always secure the convertible top mechanism when performing assembly work so as to prevent inadvertent opening and closing. |

The hydraulic system is bled automatically and requires no maintenance. |
Hydraulic fluid need not be topped up on replacing hydraulic cylinders or hoses. The system contains sufficient hydraulic fluid for the level not to drop to or below the min. mark. |
If work has to be performed on account of loss of hydraulic fluid, check and if necessary correct fluid level prior to start-up. |
The hydraulic system is deactivated 10 minutes after the convertible top switch was last actuated with the ignition on and on switching off the ignition. |
If the hydraulic system pressure is to be maintained, press the convertible top switch briefly with the ignition switched on. |
