Remote control adaption procedure (adaption channel "04”) > < Input values for "Automatic undervoltage shutoff” (code "XXXX1”)
Input values for “Fixed undervoltage shutoff” (code “XXXX2”)
Input values for “Fixed undervoltage shutoff” (code “XXXX2”)

Coded input valueUndervoltage shutoff value
90778.00 V
90909.00 V
90979.50 V
91009.60 V
911010.25 V
912010.90 V
913011.60 V
914012.30 V
915012.99 V

  Note
t  An adaption value of between “9077” and “9150” can be entered.
t  The actual shutoff voltage may differ slightly from the value given in the table on account of conversion factors. Attention is therefore always to be paid to the display on the vehicle tester.

t  The coded shutoff voltage value entered appears in area -2-.
–  Confirm entry by touching Q key.

Indicated on display of vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051A-:
t  Area -2- shows the “new value” and the new undervoltage shutoff value.
t  The corresponding coded input value is displayed in area -3-.
–  Store entry by touching key -5-.

Indicated on display of vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051A-:
t  Display zone -1- indicates “Store channel 01”.
t  Area -2- shows the “new value” and the new undervoltage shutoff value.
t  The original and the corresponding new coded input value are displayed in area -3-.
–  Adopt and store entry by touching key -4-.
  Note
t  If a coded voltage value is entered which is lower or higher than that given in the table, a box with the following message appears: “Note: Value to be stored 9XXX, value actually stored 9XXX”. The auxiliary heater control unit -J364- stores the lowest or highest value permitted for this code after pressing the O.K. key.
t  With certain auxiliary heater control units -J364-, rounding errors on conversion following entry of the coded display value, e.g. “9138” may cause the following display to appear “Note: Value to be stored 9138, value actually stored 9137”. If this display appears, enter e.g. “9139” instead of “9138” if necessary to store the exact voltage value (one unit corresponds to approx. 0.07 V) and confirm the display by touching the OK key.
t  Display zone -1- indicates “Store channel 1, value XXXX stored”.
–  Touch key to return to selection program.
  Note
t  Depending on the version of the auxiliary heater control unit -J364-, rounding of the calculated value may result in the display and storage of slightly different values than in the table.
t  In addition to the values given in the tables, it is also possible to enter intermediate values (one unit corresponds to roughly 0.07 V).
–  Terminate self-diagnosis → Chapter.
–  If applicable, check function of new adaption entered.
