  Note
Always use protective jaws when clamping aluminium links in a vice.
   
Removing inner bush
–  Mark position of old bush.
  A40-0005
Installation position of bush
–  Transfer markings for installation position from old bush to new bush.

Installing inner bush
–  Insert bush -A- in 3.2 mm recess in thrust piece -3346/1-.
–  Pull in bush as far as the stop.

Removing outer bush
  A40-0440
Installing outer bush
Use assembly lubricant G 294 421 A1 diluted with water (ratio 1:100) when pressing in bush.
–  Pull in bush so it fits centrally.
Chamfers on bush and on track control link must face each other.
