Removing

• ‒ Remove turbocharger .

• ‒ → Unclip retainer -4-.
• ‒ Unscrew bolts -2-.
• ‒ Detach pressure unit -6-.

Installing

• ‒ Insert bolts -2- for pressure unit -6- on turbocharger with locking fluid "D 000 600 A2" and tighten to 10 Nm.
• ‒ Loosen lock nut -1- of actuating rod -3-.
• ‒ Swivel lever for boost pressure valve -5- to limit stop to pressure unit and hold.
• ‒ Adjust length of actuating rod -3-, so that rod eye can easily be pushed over pin of lever -5-. (lever at limit stop with no play)

• ‒ → Screw actuating rod 8 turns inwards from this position. (rod shortens)
• ‒ Tighten lock nut -1-.
• ‒ Push actuating rod onto lever and fit retainer -4-.
• ‒ Install turbocharger .
