Removing and installing exhaust gas recirculation cooler
Removing and installing exhaust gas recirculation cooler
   
Removing
–  Drain off coolant → Chapter.
–  Remove intake manifold together with exhaust gas recirculation cooler → Rep. Gr.23.
–  Remove bolts -1-.
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler from intake manifold.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Renew seals and gaskets.
–  Install intake manifold together with exhaust gas recirculation cooler → Rep. Gr.23.
–  Fill cooling system → Anchor.
