Removing
–  Drain off coolant → Chapter.
–  Remove toothed belt → Chapter.
–  Remove tensioning roller for toothed belt.
   
–  Unscrew nuts -2- securing toothed belt cover (rear left).
–  Unscrew bolts -1- securing coolant pump and detach coolant pump.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
Renew seals and O-rings.
–  Clean sealing surfaces before installing coolant pump.
–  Note shim at rear when installing toothed belt tensioning roller → Item.
–  Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing) → Anchor.
–  Fill cooling system → Anchor.
