Removing
  WARNING
t  Always read rules for cleanliness and instructions for working on fuel system → Chapter.
t  Follow these instructions and rules for cleanliness before starting work and while working on the fuel system.
–  Remove engine cover panel → Chapter.
–  Pull oil dipstick out of guide tube.
   
–  Loosen clamps -arrows-.
–  Swing toothed belt cover forwards.

–  Unplug electrical connector -4-.
–  Disconnect air intake hose -5-.
–  Remove bolts -2- and -3-.

Disregard -item 1-.
  A15-10120
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Detach intake manifold (top section) together with intake connecting pipe and throttle valve module -J338-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
t  Renew gaskets and seals.
t  Hose connections and hoses for charge air system must be free of oil and grease before assembly.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
