Unplugging electrical connector at coolant temperature display senderG2 - vehicles with 2.0 ltr. FSI engine
Unplugging electrical connector at coolant temperature display sender -G2- - vehicles with 2.0 ltr. FSI engine
   
Procedure
–  Pull off engine cover -arrows-.
  A10-0974
–  Detach air intake hose at throttle valve module -J338--arrow-.
  A10-1362
–  Detach air intake hose -1- at air mass meter -G70-.
–  Unscrew bolt -2- and detach air intake hose.
  A15-0698
–  Unplug electrical connector at coolant temperature sender -G2-/-G62-.
  Note
t  Illustration shows connector unplugged.
t  Disregard -arrow-.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
