For vehicles equipped with lane change assist, please observe the following:
If the rear bumper is removed and re-installed, or if changes are made to the rear bumper, it will be necessary to calibrate the lane change assist system → Rep. gr.96.
   
1 - Bumper cover (rear)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Bolt
q   17 Nm
3 - Bolt
q   1.5 Nm
4 - Guide (top)
q   Push into guide and lock.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
5 - Clip
6 - Pin
q   Lift out before removing bumper cover → Fig.
7 - Guide (left-side)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
8 - Bolt
q   1.5 Nm
q   Tightening sequence → Fig.
9 - Nut
q   17 Nm
10 - Bumper carrier
11 - Guide (right-side)
12 - Guide (top)
q   Push into guide and lock.
13 - Spoiler
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
14 - Bolt
q   1.5 Nm

   
Guide - tightening sequence
–  Tighten bolts to 5 Nm in sequence -1 … 5-.
