| 1 - | Frame |
| q | Removing: |
| q | Fold seat backrests as far as possible to the rear. |
| q | Lower headliner → Rep. gr.70. |
| q | Sunroof panel removed |
| q | Detach water drain hoses. |
| – | Remove nuts -4- and bolts -2- from frame. |
| – | Lift frame out of vehicle through rear door. |
| q | Installing: |
| – | Bolt frame loosely onto roof with nuts and bolts. |
| – | Fit water drain hoses. |
| – | Use Ø 12 mm drill bit (front right) and Ø 10 mm drill bit to secure frame in body → Anchor, and, starting at front (centre) and working towards rear, tighten nuts (left and right) to torque. |
| – | Tighten bolts to torque in same sequence. |

| q | Removing: |
Note| Remove motor only with roof panel closed. |
| – | Interior light removed |
| – | Unplug electrical connector for motor. |
| – | Unscrew bolts -5- and take motor out of headliner opening. |
| q | After removing and installing a motor, motor must be adapted → Chapter. |
