WARNING | Before handling pyrotechnic components (e.g. unplugging the electrical connector) the mechanic must discharge static electricity by briefly touching the door striker plate, or similar. |

| Unplug electrical connectors -1- and -5-. |

| Use a small screwdriver to release connector locking elements -4- and unplug electrical connectors -2- for airbag igniter on driver side -N95- and -3- for airbag igniter 2 on driver side -N250-. |

| Disengage electrical wire at retainers -6- and move clear. |
