l  Preparation for checking auxiliary heater components performed → Chapter
   
–  Detach the connector housing -2- from the supplementary heater control unit -J364--3 -.
–  Measure the resistance between contact “9” and contact “12” at the white wires.
Evaluation:
Specification:
0,79 - 0,97 Ω (ohms at 23 + / -5 °C)
  Note
Resistances of less than 1 Ω can no longer be measured with the required accuracy using workshop equipment. This test can therefore only be used to detect major component damage.
