Removing and installing radiator fans V7/V177 - version 2
Removing and installing radiator fans -V7-/-V177- - version 2
   
Removing
  Note
Fit all cable ties in the original positions when installing.
–  Remove radiator cowl:
t  Audi A4 → Chapter.
t  Audi A5 → Chapter.
  Note
Radiator fan 2 -V177- not fitted if fan runs with 400 W.
–  Remove bolts -1- or -2- and detach corresponding fan wheel.
–  Remove bolts -arrows- on radiator fan.
–  Move electrical wiring harness clear and detach radiator fan.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torques → Chapter
  A19-11041
–  Note installation position of fan wheel:
l  Pin -2- must engage in hole -1-.
–  Install radiator cowl:
t  Audi A4 → Chapter.
t  Audi A5 → Chapter.
