Removing and installing oil pressure switchF22
Removing and installing oil pressure switch -F22-
   
Removing
–  Lift off engine cover panel (rear) -2-.
–  Press electrical wiring (left-side) to one side at plenum chamber partition panel.

Vehicles with coolant circulation pump -V50- (version 2):
–  Release retainer -arrow-, detach coolant circulation pump -V50- from bracket and press to side.

Disregard -items 1, 2-.

All vehicles (continued):
  Note
Place a cloth beneath the oil filter housing to catch escaping oil.
–  Unplug electrical connector -arrow- (if necessary, push retainer to the rear and press down release catch).
–  Unscrew oil pressure switch -F22-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Oil filter housing, oil pressure switch - exploded view“
  Note
t  Renew seal.
t  Fit the new oil pressure switch -F22- into the connection immediately to avoid loss of oil.
–  Check oil level → Booklet811, → Booklet812 or → Booklet818.
