Removing
–  Remove engine oil cooler → Chapter.
–  Release hose clip -2- and detach coolant hose.
  Note
Disregard -item 1- and -arrow-.
–  Pull top coolant pipe out of cylinder block.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Coolant pipes - exploded view“
  Note
t  Fit new O-ring.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Electronic parts catalogue.
–  Clean and smoothen sealing surface for O-ring.
–  Lubricate O-ring with coolant and slide onto coolant pipe.
–  Install engine oil cooler → Chapter.
–  Fill up with coolant → Anchor.
