Removing and installing radiator outlet coolant temperature senderG83
Removing and installing radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83-
   
Removing
l  Engine cold.
–  Open filler cap on coolant expansion tank briefly and allow residual pressure in cooling system to dissipate.
–  Remove engine cover panel -arrows-.

–  Unplug electrical connector -arrow- at radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83-.
–  Unscrew radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Coolant pipes - exploded view“
  Note
t  Fit new O-rings.
t  To avoid loss of coolant, screw new radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83- into connection immediately.
–  Check coolant level → Anchor.
