Removing knock sensor 1G61
Removing knock sensor 1 -G61-
Removing
   
–  Unplug electrical connector -2- at knock sensor 1 -G61-.
–  Remove coolant pump with thermostat → Engine, mechanics; Rep. gr.19.
  Note
Knock sensor 1 -G61- is located below the intake manifold and behind the coolant pump.

–  Remove knock sensor 1 -G61--arrow-.
Installing
–  Install in reverse order.
  A28-10028
–  Note installation position of knock sensor 1 -G61-.
l  Tightening torque: → Chapter „Ignition system - exploded view“
–  Install coolant pump with thermostat → Engine, mechanics; Rep. gr.19.
