Removing and installing thermostat
Removing and installing thermostat
Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Remove supercharger → Chapter.
–  Remove front coolant pipe → Chapter.
  Note
   
Place a cloth underneath to catch any escaping coolant.
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Detach coolant thermostat with hose connection.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torques → Chapter „Coolant pump, thermostat and connection - exploded view“
  Note
Renew gasket.
–  Install coolant pipe (front) → Chapter.
–  Install supercharger → Chapter.
–  Fill up with coolant → Anchor.
