Hose clamps for hoses up to 25 mm -3094-
t
Hose clip pliers -VAS 6362-
Removing
–
Remove engine cover panel
-arrows-
.
–
Detach change-over valve for exhaust gas recirculation cooler -N345-
-item 1-
from bracket.
–
Remove bolt
-4-
and ball stud
-2-
.
–
Move electrical wiring harness
-3-
clear at coolant pipe (rear left).
–
Clamp off coolant hoses using hose clamps -3094-, release hose clips
-arrows-
and disconnect hoses.
–
Detach coolant pipe (top left).
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment)

Fill up with coolant
→ Anchor
