| If a fault is detected in function „05 - Entry and start authorisation“, requiring convenience system central control unit -J393- to be renewed, function „46 - Replace control unit (Rep.gr. 57)“ must be performed in „Guided Fault Finding“ or „Guided Functions“. If the defective control unit is still fitted and is still accessible via diagnosis, data are read out and buffered in the function test before the control unit is renewed. |
