Remove hood seal on both fenders.

-

Unscrew 2 screws - arrow - on upper left and right lock carrier.

-

Turn special tool for Service Position Front End 3369 left and right in holes for lock carrier screws to unscrew the respective screws.

-

Unthread remaining bolts -arrows- at left and right.

-

Push lock carrier forward carefully. 

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

-

Install lock carrier with attachments.

-

Allow torque arm stop to make contact with rubber buffer with own weight and tighten bolts - arrow -.

-

Install headlights.

-

Install front bumper

-

Check headlight adjustment 4 F.
