Secure container for ATF charging device V.A.G 1924 as high as possible on vehicle.

Start engine and let it idle.

Place drip tray for workshop hoist VAS 6208 under transmission.

CAUTION!
Wear safety goggles.

When an ATF temperature of 35°C is reached, remove ATF inspection plug - arrow B - and drain off any surplus ATF.

-

Replace ATF inspection plug seal - arrow -.

If ATF emerges from the inspection opening before the ATF has reached 40°C the ATF level is OK - arrow -.
