hoses of the refrigerant recovery recycling and recharging unit

In the engine compartment there is a sticker with data on the capacity and the type of refrigerant
The R-134a refrigerant capacity depends on the version of the following components:

Condenser

Evaporator (installed in air conditioner)

Restrictor
Condenser version

During a running change to a condenser with the smaller flat tubes starting the 1st week in 1999.
NOTE: If the condenser is replaced, the flat tube dimensions must be noted. If a condenser with other dimensions is installed, information plate -A-
with the capacity data for refrigerant R134a must also be replaced, or the old capacity data must be removed and the new capacity entered using a
waterproof pen.
Air conditioner version

In the period from week 36 to week 44, 1998, there was a running change in production from the version 1 air conditioner to the version 2 air
conditioner. The two versions can be differentiated by specific characteristics.

On vehicles with the version 2 air conditioner, a little less refrigerant needs to be added than in the version 1 air conditioner.
