Front Fender Liner: Service and Repair

Front Wheelhousing Liner, Removing And Installing

Wheelhousing liner, front piece
Removing:
-

To remove, first remove wheelhousing liner front piece completely.

-

Remove cap nuts - 3 -, push through pin of expanding rivet - 4 -, remove expanding rivet and remove front piece.

Wheelhousing liner, rear piece
Removing:
-

Remove front piece before removing rear piece.

-

Remove cap nuts - 3 -, screws - 5 - and bolt - 8 -, and remove rear piece.

Cap nut
-

1 Nm (9 in.lb.)

Expanding rivet
-

Push pin through and pull out expanding rivet.

Screw and washer
