Indicated on display of VAS 5051:

Request in display zone -1- to select a display group.

Display zone -2- shows a keyboard.

Enter "6" to select "Channel number 06" via the keypad in display zone -2- and confirm entry with "Q key" (Selecting brake pad thickness).

Indicated on display of VAS 5051:
^

Request in display zone -1- to "Read and test channel 6".

^

Zone -2- displays the specified limits for brake pad thickness.

^

Zone -3- displays a sliding bar diagram with a number representing the currently stored pad thickness.

The pad thickness can be changed within the specified limits (314) via the sliding bar.

Note:

If a pad thickness exceeds the specified limits is entered via the sliding bar, it will be indicated but not accepted.

^

The display resets automatically if the pad thickness entered via the sliding bar is too large or too small.

The values can be entered via the keyboard as well.

Press key 4- (to enter the values via keyboard).
