Engines with turbocharger:

-

After the engine oil and oil filter have been replaced, observe the following when first starting the engine:

‹› As long as the oil pressure warning light in the instrument panel insert flashes, the engine is only to run at idle. Do not touch the accelerator pedal!

Bumping the accelerator pedal can damage the turbocharger or destroy it completely

‹› The full oil pressure achieved and the engine can be accelerated only when the warning light extinguishes
