Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Oil Filter Housing

-

Remove the engine. Refer to => [ Engine, Removing ] See: Service and Repair/Engine, Removing.

Remove the generator.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - from the oil pressure switch (F1).

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 - from the engine mount.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 - from the torque support valve (N382).

Remove the right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] See: Exhaust System/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Right
Side Components.

Remove the coolant pipe from the oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipe to Oil Filter Housing ] See: Cooling System/Coolant
Line/Hose/Service and Repair.

-

Remove the oil filter housing bolts - arrows - and housing.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Replace the gaskets and O-rings.

Install the generator.
