Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting and Connecting from Evaporator

Removing

-

Drain the refrigerant circuit.

-

Remove brake master cylinder and brake booster.

-

Disconnect refrigerant lines at suspension strut dome by removing bolt - A -.

-

Remove socket head bolt - A - (tightening torque 25 Nm).

-

Disconnect refrigerant lines - B - and -  C - from evaporator and seal open connections.

‹› To seal open connections on evaporator and lines, use cap from replacement evaporator to prevent ingress of dirt and moisture.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:

Replace O-rings - A - and - B -. Version. .
