Remove bolt - 4 -.

-

Remove Torx bolts - 3 - (Qty. 2) using screwdriver T8 (T40056 A).

Separate top trim - 2 - for steering column switch module from bottom trim - 1 - and remove both parts.

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.

-

Release catch - arrows - carefully and pull return spring with slip ring from steering column switch module.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

Make sure that all 3 catches of steering column switch module as well as the harness connector are engaged cleanly.

Engage top trim into hooks of bottom trim, push both pieces together and bolt them.

On vehicles with steering angle sensor in return spring with slip ring, steering angle sensor must be calibrated.
