3. Fasten bearing caps 6 and 10.

4. Fasten bearing caps 2 and 14.

Set the camshaft bearing caps in place according to their number identification:

‹› Points - arrow A - of intake and exhaust camshaft bearing caps face outwards.

‹› Identification on bearing caps is legible when read from intake side.

Install intake camshaft - A - as follows:

1. Fasten bearing caps 23 and 31 alternately and diagonally and then tighten to specified torque.

2. Fasten bearing cap 27.
