Remove nut - 2 - and detach crank from wiper motor.

Detach wiper motor from wiper frame - arrows - .

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Screw wiper motor without crank to wiper frame - arrows - .

Plug in connector.

-

Switch on ignition.

-

Actuate flick wipe function and allow wiper motor to move to end position.

NOTE:
-

Every second time wiper motor is switched off it moves to an understroke end position which turns lip of wiper blade in opposite direction.

-

To do so, wiper motor moves down beyond its end position and then back up slightly. This understroke end position is not to be used to align
wiper crank.

Use must be made of end setting at which wiper motor moves directly and with no understroke to its end position. Actuate flick wipe function
again if necessary.

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
