Install crank - 2 - with drive rod - 1 - loosely in position on wiper shaft.

-

Align crank with wiper frame.
-

Crank must be positioned between marks - arrows - .

-

Hold crank in position with open-ended wrench and tighten nut - 3 - .

-

Switch on ignition.

-

Actuate flick wipe function and allow wiper motor to move to end position.

-

Check whether crank is positioned between marks and re-align if necessary.

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Install wiper motor with wiper frame in vehicle.

-

Install dome brace. As well as following bolts:

1. Combi bolts, 45 Nm
2. Combi bolts, 3 Nm

NOTE: Disregard - item 3 - , - item 4 - and - arrow - .

-

As well as following bolts:
1. Combi bolts, 9 Nm
