Remove the air guides to the instrument panel center vents -  C - and to the defrost vent - D -.

-

Remove the bolts - A - and - B -. 

-

Remove the steering column.

-

Disconnect the connector brake light switch ( F).

-

Loosen the instrument panel crossmember - E - from  the vehicle and from the A/C unit.

‹› Except for the left fuse box, do not loosen any other left relay- or  control unit brackets from the instrument panel cross member.

-

Remove the air guide to the rear center console vent - C  - (only on vehicles equipped with the "Comfort" A/C  system).
