Remove coolant pipes from the coolant hoses by loosening the hose clamps - 1 - and - 2 -.

‹› The installation location is shown with the power steering pump removed. 

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Replace O-ring.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Clean and smooth O-ring sealing surface.

Coat O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

Install A/C compressor bracket. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Drive Assembly Overview ] See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt Drive

Install A/C compressor. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Compressor HVAC

Install After-Run Coolant Pump (V51). Refer to => [ After-Run Coolant Pump ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/After-Run
