Upper Coolant Pipe

Removing

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

Drain coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and
Repair/Procedures.

Remove upper section of the intake manifold. Refer to => See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold

Remove nuts - arrows - and the high pressure line protective plate - 1 -.

-

Remove front secondary air hose - arrow - from its bracket and disconnect it; to do so press the release buttons.
