Rear Body Acceleration Sensor

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Removing

-

Remove left rear wheel.

-

Remove left rear wheel housing liner. Refer to => 

Body Exterior 66 Removal and Installation.

-

Release and remove the connector - 2 -.

-

Remove bolts - 1 - and sensor - 3 -. 

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

When installing, always pay attention to the installation position of the sensor.

Install sensor - 3 - as illustrated.
