‹› The Engine/Transmission Jack (V.A.G 1383 A) may only be used during assembly and must not sit unsupervised under the vehicle.

Remove tunnel crossmember bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove nuts - arrow - and the tunnel crossmember. 

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

Install the noise insulation.
