Oil Pan, Filter and Mechatronic Assembly Overview

CAUTION!
There is a risk of damaging the transmission.

‹› Do not start the engine when there is no Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) in the transmission or the oil pan has been removed.

‹› Always replace the mechatronic unit if it is dirty or defective.

‹› Clean working conditions for the automatic transmission. Refer to => [ Clean Working Conditions ] See: Service Precautions/0B6A

‹› Coat O-rings and seals with ATF. Other lubricating substances lead to functional problems in the hydraulic transmission control.

‹› Quantity: 13

‹› Replace

‹› 2.5 Nm + 90° additional turn.

‹› Follow the tightening sequence, refer to => [ Oil Pan ] See: Fluid Pan/Service and Repair/0B6A Transmission/Oil Pan.
