CAUTION!
The brake pad must fit in the retaining spring and bolts correctly.

Carefully place brake caliper over the brake disc.

-

Clean bolt ribbing.

-

Replace damaged bolts.

-

Tighten bolts on brake caliper - arrows - to 270 Nm.

-

Press brake hose into the mount on the stub axle carrier.

-

Connect connector for the brake pad wear display.

-

Mount cable for the brake pad wear display.

-

Install cable for the brake pad wear display into the spring in the front brake caliper.

-

If necessary, close the cable clip on the spring.

‹› The cable for the brake pad wear display may not lay open.

-

Install wheels.

Tightening specification for wheel bolts. 

‹› After installing a brake caliper, depress brake pedal several times firmly to properly seat the brake pads in their normal operating position.
