‹› To prevent small parts from entering intake channel, seal off channel in cylinder head with a clean cloth.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications => [ Intake Manifold, Assembly Overview ] See: , => [ Fuel Rail and Injectors, Assembly Overview ] See: Powertrain

Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Rail/Service and Repair/Fuel Rail and Injectors, Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace intake manifold seal.

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be reinstalled at the same location.

Install fuel rail for fuel injectors for cylinders 2, 4, 6 => [ Fuel Rail and Injectors, for Cylinders 2, 4 and 6 ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel
Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Injector/Service and Repair/Fuel Rail and Injectors, for Cylinders 2, 4 and 6.

Install small left coolant pipe.

-

Fill with coolant.
