2. Replace all stepper Delphi MES motor(s) in case of a customers complaint. Replace the stepper motor(s) with any Delphi Bosch or with a Delphi
MES motor(s) produced after 100906 (displayed as DDMMYY) see (Figure 1).

Follow the repair instruction outlined in ELSA under Audi Q7 Climate repairs.

3. Perform Basic Setting of the adjuster motors once the repairs are completed.

Tip: Motors manufactured by BOSCH/Delphi are not affected and can be charged back.

Do not replace motors made by BOSCH/Delphi (Figure 2).
