Replace only the stepper motor causing the customer's concern. Replace with a stepper motor produced after 100906 (Figure 1).

Follow the repair instruction outlined in ELSA under Audi A7 Climate repairs.

Perform Basic Setting of the adjuster motors once the repairs are complete. 

Tip: 

Motors made by BOSCH/Delphi are not affected. 

Do not replace motors made by BOSCH/Delphi (Figure 2).
