Refrigerant Lines For Condenser, Disconnecting and Re-Connecting

Refrigerant Lines For Condenser, Disconnecting And Re-connecting 

NOTE:  Condenser is available in different versions, depending on version of vehicle Parts Catalog.

Removing 

-

Discharge A/C refrigerant system:

-

If necessary, remove noise insulation.

-

Remove bolts - A - (tightening torque 20 Nm).

-

Disconnect refrigerant lines - D - and - E - from condenser.

NOTE: 
-

Close all open lines and connections on condenser with suitable caps (avoid dirt and moisture from entering the system).

-

Do not bend, kink or stretch lines or hoses as refrigerant lines and refrigerant hoses may be damaged.

Installing 

Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

-

Replace O-ring seals - B - and - C -. Version. Parts Catalog

NOTE:  Coat O-ring seals lightly with refrigerant oil before installing.

Check positions of refrigerant lines, they must be fully engaged in bracket and cannot come in contact with other components.

-

Evacuate refrigerant circuit and recharge again.
