Disengage straps of condenser - F - from mounts on radiator - E -

Remove condenser - B - upward, while doing this pay special attention to connection block - D - of condenser.

‹› Depending on version of vehicle (of engine), it may be necessary to bring lock carrier - C - into service position (pull approx. 10 cm forward) in

order to have sufficient clearance between radiator -  A - and lock carrier - C - to remove connection block -  D - of condenser

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following.

If necessary, top off refrigerant oil quantity in refrigerant circuit.

Check positions of refrigerant lines, they must be fully engaged in bracket and cannot come in contact with other components.

‹› Hose unions and hoses for charge air system must be free of oil and grease before installing.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Install fan shroud.

-

Install all removed components again.

-

Evacuate refrigerant circuit and recharge again.
