High Pressure Sensor
‹› Servicing refrigerant circuit => [ A/C Refrigerant System, Servicing Notes ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures/A/C Refrigerant System,

‹› All work or components marked with 1) can be repaired, replaced or performed in any workshop (work that does not pertain to refrigerant circuit).
‹› All refrigerant circuit components not marked with 1) as well as all coolant hoses and -lines can only be serviced or replaced in an A/C system
service point workshop (refrigerant circuit must be discharged).

Remove plenum chamber cover

Remove right section of plenum chamber front wall - A - Refer to => Radiator Support See: Body and Frame/Lock Carrier.
‹› Right section of plenum chamber front wall - A - is secured to vehicle by bolts - C - and - D -. A seal - E - is installed between plenum chamber
front wall and vehicle body.

Disconnect connector - A -.

Remove High Pressure Sensor (G65) - B - (tightening torque: 5 Nm).

Replace O-ring - C - => [ O-Ring Seals for Refrigerant Circuit ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/O-Ring Seals for Refrigerant
Circuit
‹› Cooling performance cannot be checked with High Pressure Sensor (G65) removed, front A/C control head Climatronic Control Module (J255)
does not switch on the compressor.
