Driver Side E-Box Plenum Chamber Fuse and Relay Carrier

Removing

-

Remove windshield wiper arm - 1 - and - 3  -. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper Arms ] See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Arm/Adjustments.

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire. Refer to => [ Battery Disconnecting and Reconnecting ] See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Battery Disconnecting and Reconnecting.

Remove rubber seal - 5 - on plenum chamber cover. 

-

Remove plenum chamber cover - 4 -.

CAUTION!
Coat the transition between the windshield and cowl panel trim -  2 - with some soapy water and carefully pull the cowl panel trim  vertically
out of the retainer on the windshield beginning at the edge of the window.

Carefully remove plenum chamber cover - 2 - from catch on windshield.

-

Remove screws - arrows - and remove E-Box plenum chamber cover.

-

Release catches - arrows - and pull up relay and fuse carrier - 1 - and relay carrier - 2 - and -  3 - in E-box.
