Remove both front screws - 1 - on driver's seat console and tip console - 2 - up.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 5 - by pressing catch and rotating retaining bracket.

Unscrew ground (GND) wire - 3 - to battery from Energy Management Control Module (J644).

-

First remove cap nut - 4 - and then cap nut -  1 -.

-

Remove Energy Management Control Module (J644) - item 2 -.

Installing

When installing, always heed the following sequence, otherwise proper function of Energy Management Control Module (J644) cannot be guaranteed.

1. Connect Energy Management Control Module (J644) - item 2 - to body by installing cap nut -  1 - and tightening.

2. Tighten cap nut - 4 -.

3. Install ground (GND) wire - 3 - to battery on Energy Management Control Module (J644).
