Drivers Side E-Box Plenum Chamber, Removing and Installing

Drivers Side E-box Plenum Chamber, Removing And Installing 

Removing 

-

Remove windshield wiper motor.

-

Remove screws - arrows - and remove E-Box plenum chamber cover.

-

Disconnect electrical multi-pin connectors - 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 - on E-Box plenum chamber connector station.

-

Remove connector - 10 - from E-box plenum chamber.

-

Remove both wiring harnesses - 1 - and - 4 - from E-box plenum chamber mount.

-

Release catches - 11 - and - 12 - and pull relay carrier - B - in E-box up - electrical wiring remains connected.

-

Release catches - 3 - and - 4 - and pull relay carrier - A - in E-box up - electrical wiring remains connected.

-

Release catches - 1, 2, 13 - and pull relay and fuse carrier - C - in E-box up - electrical wiring remains connected.

-

Remove screws - arrows -.

-

Remove screws - arrows -.

-

Pull upper part of E-box plenum chamber up and at the same time, guide relay and fuse carrier out.

-

Pull lower part of E-box plenum chamber up out of retaining pins.

Installing 

Install in reverse order, observing the following:
