Removing and Installing

Left Rear Window Switch (In LR Door) E52 / Right Rear Window Switch (In RR Door) E54, Removing And Installing 

Removing 

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key. 

-

Remove rear door trim.

-

Detach insulating mat from door trim.

-

Carefully release catches - arrows - using a small screwdriver.

-

Pull window switch in rear door - 1 - down out of switch mount.

-

Disconnect connector - 2 -.

Installing 

Install in reverse order, observing the following:

-

Press rear window switch in rear door into switch mount until catches engage.

-

Install rear door trim.
